REQUEST FOR CONSENT BY MEMBER OR ACTIVITY-PARTICIPANT

TO ALLOW THE WIRRAL TRANSPORT USERS ASSOCIATION

TO HOLD THEIR DETAILS AND TO CONTACT THEM

 

The WTUA must comply with the GDPR legislation on the privacy and security of personal data it holds on its members and other participants in its activities. For our GDPR Policy Statement, see our Personal Data Protection Policy page.

 

In order for the WTUA to communicate with you so that it can tell you of its membership activities and, if a Member, send you its Newsletters, the legislation requires that we have your consent both to hold your details and also to contact you.

 

We have provided a simplified procedure for you to give your consent by email:
